NOTICE THAT THE STUDENTS FEES DO NOT INCLUDE THE CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS BOOK, that can, in case, be ordered directly to the publisher.
Students must include to the registration form copy of a document or letter from their tutor attesting their status.

The Full-Conference fee of the applicants to the post-graduate student travel grant is offered by the Local Organizing Committee.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We have received from some of you the Registration Form but not the registration fee or the fee, but not the Registration form or neither of the two.
As you know, the deadline for late registration expires on August 31st. After this date, we will be forced to apply the on-site registration fee (full conference 400 €, accompanying person 300 €, student 150 €): this is due to the fact that the conference is funded only by the registration fees and our suppliers ask for higher prices for further people added after signing the contract. Registration during the conference must be paid cash, in Euro.
We need in any case a confirmation of your presence at the conference within September 30th.
Registrations of participants who have not paid the fee or who have not confirmed their presence to the Conference within this date will be considered withdrawn.
We remember you that only contributions (both oral and posters) that have been presented at the Conference by one registered authors or, upon agreement with the Organizing Committee, by another registered participant are entitled to be submitted for publication on the Conference proceedings.
