How to reach Bormio
Conference BUS from/to Milan
We have set up a bus starting from Malpensa airport Sunday January 17 at 14 (2pm). The bus will then go to Milano Centrale station leaving at 15 (3pm). The bus will arrive in Bormio at 18.30-19 (in time for the welcome cocktail).
On Friday January 22, a bus will leave from Hotel Baita dei Pini at 14, (2pm) reaching Milano Centrale around 18 and then Malpensa airport around 19.
It costs 100 € for both travel (cash at the registration site).
Renting a car
It is not particularly expensive. Hotel Baita dei Pini has a free parking.

From Malpensa airport
•Rent a car (Saronno, Como, Lake, Colico, Sondrio, Tirano, Bormio, 3 hr)
•BUS (>50 €, check availably)
•take the Malpensa Express to Milano Centrale (train, 10 €, 50 min), then the Trenitalia train from Milano Centrale to Villa di Tirano (train, 11,50 €, 3h30m) and finally the bus from Villa di Tirano to Bormio (1 hr, at Bus Perego - choose ORARI - Bus_TIRANO-BORMIO _TIRANO.pdf - Tirano-Bormio).
From Orio al Serio/Bergamo airport
•rent a car (Val Camonica, Trescore, Edolo, Passo Aprica, Bormio, 3 hr)
•BUS (>45 €, check availability)
From Milano Linate airport
•rent a car (Lecco, Colico, Sondrio, Tirano, Bormio, 3 hr)
•take the Trenitalia train from Milano Centrale to Villa di Tirano (train, 11 €, 3.5h) and finally the bus from Villa di Tirano to Bormio (1 hr, at Bus Perego - choose ORARI - Bus_TIRANO-BORMIO _TIRANO.pdf - Tirano-Bormio).
