Current Researches:
  • Relativistic Jets: this research activity is structured into two sides. On one side, I am continuing the study of powerful relativistic jets emitted by Narrow-Line Seyfert 1 Galaxies, following the discovery in 2009 of high-energy gamma rays by means of Fermi Large Area Telescope. On the other side, I am studying the various methods to calculate the jet power, which are conflicting each others, making it necessary a sort of calibration.
  • Physics of Time: the time is one of the main issues in realizing a theory of quantum gravity. I am working on a reinterpetation of time as a cut in a 3+1 spacetime, following the works by G. Ellis and K. Kuchar. I also would like to propose a real physics of time, which has been neglected up to date.
