The hierarchical structure of the inventory includes: Archive, Series, Subseries, Sub-subseries and Unit Archival (dossier).
We suggest displaying the structure of the document to the side (which, depending on the program used, could be indicated as "bookmarks", "index", "summary", "structure" or similar terms), searchable up to the Archival Subseries level.
At the beginning of the inventory, the summary appears, searchable up to the level of the archival sub-subseries.
&` However, it is always possible to use the normal word search function throughout the text, with the limitations it has in the context of an archive.
