Instuctions to Authors

The Proceedings of this conference will be published by the Italian Physical Society. A copy of the volume will be distributed to all the registered participants. Both poster and oral presentations will be included. As announced during the conference, the proceedings will be dedicated to Bodhan Paczynski.

Papers must be submitted electronically in accordance with the appropriate style guide which can be found at: http://www.sif.it/SIF/en/portal/books/series/conferenceproceedings/information_atti

Each paper will be sent to one or more referees before being accepted for publication.

The page limits for your contribution are:

  • 10 pages for talks with duration t ≥ 30min;
  • 6 pages for talks with duration 20min ≤ t ≤ 25min;
  • 4 pages for talks with duration 10min ≤ t ≤ 15min;
  • 2 pages for posters.
For authors submitting a poster contribution there is a limited possibility to overcome the page limit. Motivated request should be sent to infomeeting@brera.inaf.it as soon as possible.
Please, submit your paper as one PDF file using for the filename first author's family name and initials (i.e. Isaac Newton would be newtoni.pdf) Only after the paper is approved by the referee(s) you will be asked to submit the latex file and the figures you have included.

The deadline for paper submission is December 15, 2009 Sharp.
