The colonization of the Moon and the Mars, the exploration of near and far space, the creation of an orbital industry in low Earth orbits are gaining practical contours. All this requires the development of space logistics facilities. At the same time, experience shows that the efficiency of space delivery vehicles does not meet either the requirements of large-scale orbital cargo transportation or environmental requirements. An alternative in this case is an electrodynamic launch, which has recently shown its potential in practice. The results of the analysis of the prospects for creating a system for the electrodynamic launch of spacecraft using the principle of pulsed dynamic biasing of the acceleration channel are presented. It is shown, that acceleration using pulse-dynamic biasing does not contradict the possibility of hypersonic acceleration even in the case of a manned flight.
