1. The main goal of the global COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Plan formed WHO is to control COVID-19 by suppressing transmission and preventing associated illness and death. Available evidence is shown to suggest that SARS-CoV-2, the viral agent of COVID-19, and its different modification is predominantly airborne transmitted from person to person at contact through the contaminated atmosphere. Recent investigations established that the turbulent gas cloud ejected at exhalations, sneeze and cough entrains ambient air and traps and carries within it clusters of droplets which lifetime could be considerably extended up to several minutes with compare the duration predicted by dichotomic model of the separated droplets behaviour. Such the gas cloud containing of pathogen-bearing droplets of all sizes can travel 7 to 8 meters. As the result, diffusion and natural airflows format surface atmospheric layer so that people are within turn out to be connecting by the chain of infection transmission. UV radiation of the Sun could have been the natural physical factor of the destruction this chain however width propagation of the COVID 19 in the countries with hot climate and in the mountain landscape shows that the energy dose of UV in solar spectrum does not exceed the energetic threshold of the virus resistance. Breaking off the infection chain may provide the artificial high-power UV sources generating pulse radiation possible to decontaminate the viruses. The results of experimental studies of the impact of powerful-pulsed optical radiation on objects of various physical nature are presented. In particular, it has been shown that the impact of powerful ultraviolet radiation on pathogens and viruses makes it possible to realize the effect of complete 100% sterilization in a result of a countable number or even a single pulse exposure, which allows, which is the basis of monopulse sterilization technology. 2. The generation of super-powerful magnetic fields is directly related to the possibility of formation super- high pulsed currents. Today, the upper limit of the achieved current values generated by an artificial source is approaching 1 GA. The principles of constructing the most powerful current sources based on the effect of magnetic field cumulation by the products of explosive detonation - explosive magnetic generators (EMG) are considered. The structure of the pulsed optical radiation source based on EMG complexing is shown. 3. Recent years have been marked by grandiose successes in astronautics. The colonization of the Moon and the Mars, the exploration of near and far space, the creation of an orbital industry in low Earth orbits are gaining practical contours. All this requires the development of space logistics facilities. At the same time, experience shows that the efficiency of space delivery vehicles does not meet either the requirements of large-scale orbital cargo transportation or environmental requirements. An alternative in this case is an electrodynamic launch, which has recently shown its potential in practice. The results of the analysis of the prospects for creating a system for the electrodynamic launch of spacecraft using the principle of pulsed dynamic biasing of the acceleration channel are presented. It is shown, that acceleration using pulse-dynamic biasing does not contradict the possibility of hypersonic acceleration even in the case of a manned flight.
