To constrain enrichment processes in galaxy clusters we need, first and foremost, to take a census of metals. Previous measurements of the Fe abundance have been performed on archive samples out to ∼0.6R500, sampling about 1/3 of the total gas mass in clusters. Here we present the first ever measurements on a representative sample of massive clusters (X-COP) out to R500. Our measures are characterized by high statistical quality and, thanks to the discovery of a previously unknown bias, small systematic errors. For over half of our systems we also present stellar mass profiles. By combining ICM and stellar measurements we find that the bulk of the iron is in the ICM and that the total Fe appears to be larger than what is expected from supernova rates and yield.
