I will present a selection of results of the Planck Collaboration, describing the properties of the population of galaxy clusters detected by Planck through the Sunyaev-Zeldovich (SZ) effect. I will present the legacy Planck catalogue (PSZ2, Planck 2015 Results. XXVIII), the largest SZ selected sample of galaxy clusters so far and the cosmological results obtained with this catalogue. I will also discuss the dynamical state of Planck SZ-selected clusters, "measuring" it with the projected offset between the peak of the X-ray emission and the brightest cluster galaxy. I will show that the distribution of this dynamical indicator is significanly different in the Planck sample and in X-ray selected surveys and discuss the selection effects affecting X-rays and SZ surveys (Rossetti et al 2015).
