HyperVelocity stars are observed in the halo of our Galaxy travelling at a velocity larger than the escape velocity from the Galaxy. S-stars are a cluster of young stars orbiting around the central Supermassive Black Hole, within a distance of 0.05 pc. In this talk, I will discuss a possible connection between these two classes of stars and how this connection can be proved observationally. |
