We will present results on a newly discovered collisional ring galaxy, at redshift z=0.11. From optical imaging and spectroscopic data, it seems that the two galaxies suffered a very recent interaction, which likely triggered an AGN and a strong starburst in the system. A bridge of stars and gas is linking the two galaxies, and it is located behind a bright star formation ring making the system resembling a Cartwheel in becoming and the most distant collisional ring galaxy confirmed spectroscopically so far.
