Exciting science opportunities are on the horizon, as we enter the new decade. In particular, dark energy, dark matter, and the origin of the primordial perturbations are still open problems. After a broader overview of the current theoretical and observational status in cosmology, I will describe some ongoing research projects, ranging from primordial non-Gaussianity, large-scale structure topology, morphology of dark halos, and deconvolution techniques applied to the SDSS dataset.
