Knowledge of galaxy clusters can greatly benefit by joining data from radio Sunyaev-Zeldovich (SZ) effect, optical gravitational lensing and X-ray observations. After a brief review of what can be inferred on their properties, I will focus on the determination of the intrinsic 3-dimensional shape, which is of main importance in the understanding of structure evolution.
