I will summarize our current observational knowledge of the coupling between relativistic jets and accretion in neutron star X-ray binaries. I will show i) the first spectral evidence for a compact jet in a low luminosity neutron star X-ray binary; ii) the possible associations between the X-ray state transitions and the formation of jets in highly-accreting neutron star binary systems; iii) the jet/disc correlations in low- luminosity NSs, briefly discussing the connections to black hole binaries and AGN.
