The observations of blazar Mrk 421 published recently shows unexpected correlation between X-ray and TeV emission (F_TeV ~= (F_X)^a), where the index of the correlation a >= 2. This means that relative variation of the TeV emission is much faster than the variability of the X-ray radiation. It was already shown that synchrotron self-Compton model frequently used to explain high energy emission of blazars cannot explain such correlation. Therefore, we propose an alternate scenario that in a simple way may explain the observed correlation.
